About

Landlord Simulator, released in 2018, invites players to dive into the casual and strategic world of property management. Set in the nearly deserted city of New Blossom, players take on the role of a new landlord, tasked with revitalizing the area by buying, fixing, and renting out homes. Its unique blend of simulation and strategy makes it notable, allowing players to experience the challenges and rewards of home ownership.

When it comes to PC performance, Landlord Simulator is quite accessible. The game requires just 4 GB of RAM and an entry-level GPU, with a minimum score of around 300 to run effectively. Players can expect solid FPS on lower-end systems, which means you don’t need high-end graphics cards to enjoy its charming visuals. For optimal performance, a mid-range GPU would help enhance graphics settings while ensuring smoother gameplay.

If you enjoy simulation games and strategy, Landlord Simulator is definitely worth trying. With its engaging premise and overall positive ratings, it offers a relaxing yet rewarding experience for fans of the genre, making it an enjoyable title to benchmark and explore on your gaming rig.

Performance profile

March 2018 release. Landlord Simulator was built around the GTX 10-series / RX Vega era. Current-gen mid-range cards (RTX 4060 / RX 7600) are overkill at 1080p and handle 1440p Ultra comfortably.

As a strategy title, Landlord Simulator is typically CPU-bound rather than GPU-bound — single-thread CPU performance dictates framerate during large-scale battles, end-game saves and late-game AI turns. A fast modern 6-core will help more than a GPU upgrade.

Extremely light — Landlord Simulator runs at 60 FPS 1080p on any integrated GPU (Intel Iris Xe, AMD Radeon Graphics) or a decade-old discrete card like the GTX 1050. A current-gen RTX 4060 pushes 4K Ultra without effort.

Storyline

Landlord Simulator lets you take the role of a man deciding to accept the challenge of owning homes. The city in which he decides to start this journey is New Blossom where time is almost frozen due to the fact everyone moved. There was once a time when the town was a regular place and neighbors help neighbors.Where the center square was decorated and there was always something going on just because the town wanted to do something. Here is where the story starts, you must purchase homes and repair them while keeping them in a good standing to avoid people from moving. But this can be challenging once a good bit of the town is owned. But your not in this alone you have a trusty handy man to help keep everything going strong. But with so many homes you will have to do some things yourself if funds don't allow for professional help.
