About
To enjoy the detective noir experience of Meteor World Actor: Badge & Dagger, an entry-level GPU is sufficient, such as the GTX 1650 or RX 6500 XT. This makes the game quite accessible for budget-conscious gamers. With a minimum of 1 GB of RAM, even lower-end systems can handle the title without significant issues.
For players with more powerful hardware, targeting 1080p resolution at medium settings should deliver a smooth experience, while those with mid-range GPUs can comfortably push settings to high without sacrificing performance. Overall, this game is designed to be enjoyed by a wide audience, making it a great pick for casual gamers or those looking to explore the detective genre without needing top-tier specifications. If you have a capable GPU from the last few generations, you're in for a visually engaging gaming experience.
Performance profile
Released in June 2021, Meteor World Actor: Badge & Dagger targets RTX 20/30-series and RX 6000-era hardware. A current mid-range GPU (RTX 4060 Ti / RX 7700 XT) is the sweet spot for 1440p Ultra; 4K needs a high-end card.
Simulation titles like Meteor World Actor: Badge & Dagger are heavily CPU-dependent — physics, AI and world state dominate the frame budget. Prioritise a CPU with strong single-thread performance and fast RAM over raw GPU power.
Extremely light — Meteor World Actor: Badge & Dagger runs at 60 FPS 1080p on any integrated GPU (Intel Iris Xe, AMD Radeon Graphics) or a decade-old discrete card like the GTX 1050. A current-gen RTX 4060 pushes 4K Ultra without effort.
Storyline
The Seventh Republic—the city despised by the sun. Sunlight hasn't reached here since the last great war and the shadows teem with vicious criminals. With evil threatening on every side, the National Police Agency is a stronghold of justice. Detective Ruka Hiryu belongs to the 13th Division—nicknamed the Sideliners, and treated like shit by the rest of the force. Absent any major incidents to keep him distracted, Ruka has been investigating the sealed Cult Massacre case in secret, but things change when the 13th picks up two new members. The agency is shaken with unreliable rumors about the semi-mythical Shining Union, and as suspicions and conjecture fly like bullets, will Ruka, the 13th, and the NPA go unscathed?
