About

For optimal performance in this 3D puzzle platformer, an entry-level GPU like the GTX 1650 or RX 6500 XT is sufficient. This makes the game quite accessible, catering to a wide range of players, especially those with budget-friendly setups. At minimum settings, you can expect smooth gameplay at 1080p resolution. If you have a mid-range GPU, you might easily push to higher settings while maintaining a solid frame rate, enhancing the overall visual experience.

Players with higher-end GPUs can enjoy the game at 1440p or even 4K resolution, thanks to its relatively low graphical demands. This allows for a more immersive experience without requiring top-tier hardware. Overall, the game is designed to be friendly to casual gamers and those looking to unwind, making it a great choice for anyone wanting to explore its calming gameplay without investing heavily in a high-performance rig.

Performance profile

February 2025 release. As a current-generation title, Stop and Breathe pushes modern hardware — expect to need an RTX 40-series or RX 7000-series GPU to enjoy it at native 4K Ultra without leaning on upscaling.

Indie and casual titles are typically light on hardware. Stop and Breathe runs well on almost any modern GPU, including integrated graphics on recent laptops — you won't need a dedicated card for a smooth experience.

Extremely light — Stop and Breathe runs at 60 FPS 1080p on any integrated GPU (Intel Iris Xe, AMD Radeon Graphics) or a decade-old discrete card like the GTX 1050. A current-gen RTX 4060 pushes 4K Ultra without effort.

Storyline

Ace is a young teen who starts to feel anxious about kicking off their day at school. As they head towards the school entrance, their anxiousness begins to grow and intensify until they experience an intense panic attack. Feeling scared and overwhelmed, Ace gets closed off into a warped mind world where they now need to find a way out. With the help of their companion Zen, Ace learns the proper timings and physical stance for the Belly Breathing technique, which they can now utilize to expel their anxiousness and colour the way forward.
