About
Kingdom Come: Deliverance (2018) is a story-driven open-world RPG set in medieval Bohemia during the Holy Roman Empire. The game blends action, adventure, and RPG elements as you seek vengeance for your parents' death while navigating castle sieges, quests, and meaningful choices. Its immersive approach to medieval authenticity and narrative-driven gameplay have made it a standout title for players seeking deeper RPG experiences.
Running Kingdom Come well requires modest hardware by modern standards. You'll need at least an entry-level GPU with a benchmark score around 4047 and a CPU scoring approximately 2366, along with 8 GB of RAM for minimum specs. For solid 60+ FPS performance at higher graphics settings, stepping up to a mid-range GPU like an RTX 3060 or RX 6700 XT will provide comfortable performance at 1440p, while entry-level GPUs handle lower settings adequately.
With a respectable 79/100 rating, Kingdom Come delivers substantial value for RPG and history enthusiasts who appreciate methodical storytelling over fast-paced action. If medieval settings and choice-driven narratives appeal to you, this benchmark-friendly adventure is absolutely worth experiencing.
Performance profile
February 2018 release. Kingdom Come: Deliverance was built around the GTX 10-series / RX Vega era. Current-gen mid-range cards (RTX 4060 / RX 7600) are overkill at 1080p and handle 1440p Ultra comfortably.
RPGs like Kingdom Come: Deliverance stress VRAM during long sessions — texture streaming, mods and open-world traversal inflate memory use over time. 8 GB VRAM is a practical floor; 12 GB+ is worth the headroom at 1440p and above.
Entry-level hardware target. A GTX 1650 or RX 6500 XT reaches 60 FPS at 1080p Medium in Kingdom Come: Deliverance; an RTX 4060 comfortably sustains 1440p Ultra. 4K Ultra 60 FPS needs an RTX 4070 or better.
