About
Seven: Enhanced Edition (2019) is an open-world isometric action RPG where you take on the role of Teriel, a master thief navigating the vibrant prison island of Peh. The game blends exploration, combat, and meaningful player choice, letting you decide whether to help or exploit the citizens you encounter. Its engaging gameplay and outstanding 95/100 rating make it a standout indie title that punches well above its weight.
This is an accessible game that doesn't demand cutting-edge hardware. The minimum GPU requirement sits around entry-level performance, with benchmark scores near 4047, and a CPU score of approximately 3185 alongside 4 GB of RAM. Even modest systems can achieve solid FPS performance, though you'll see better frame rates and smoother gameplay with a mid-range GPU. The isometric perspective and art style scale well across different graphics settings, making it easy to optimize for your specific hardware.
If you enjoy indie RPGs with strong narratives and player agency, Seven: Enhanced Edition is absolutely worth playing. The combination of excellent design, reasonable performance requirements, and critical acclaim makes it a must-have for action RPG fans.
Performance profile
March 2019 release. Seven: Enhanced Edition was built around the GTX 10-series / RX Vega era. Current-gen mid-range cards (RTX 4060 / RX 7600) are overkill at 1080p and handle 1440p Ultra comfortably.
RPGs like Seven: Enhanced Edition stress VRAM during long sessions — texture streaming, mods and open-world traversal inflate memory use over time. 8 GB VRAM is a practical floor; 12 GB+ is worth the headroom at 1440p and above.
Extremely light — Seven: Enhanced Edition runs at 60 FPS 1080p on any integrated GPU (Intel Iris Xe, AMD Radeon Graphics) or a decade-old discrete card like the GTX 1050. A current-gen RTX 4060 pushes 4K Ultra without effort.
Storyline
If there’s one place that Master Thief Teriel avoids at all costs, it’s the prison island of Peh. But when a daring heist takes an unexpected turn, Teriel finds himself shackled on an airship bound for the infamous island. To make matters worse, the daemon inside his head makes it very clear that the thief will never leave unless he does exactly what he’s told.
