About
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate, released in 2023, combines action, adventure, and RPG elements to deliver a rogue-like quest where players control the beloved turtles as they strive to rescue Splinter from the Foot Clan. Featuring vibrant graphics and iconic NYC locales, the game emphasizes co-op gameplay, allowing friends to join forces and master various ninja skills. Its blend of genres and nostalgic characters make it a notable addition to the TMNT franchise.
When it comes to PC performance, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate is relatively accessible, requiring only an entry-level GPU with a minimum score of around 3127 for satisfactory performance. Players with 4 GB of RAM can expect decent frame rates, although a more powerful GPU will ensure smoother gameplay and better graphics settings. For optimal performance, consider using mid-tier GPUs, such as the NVIDIA GTX 1050 or AMD Radeon RX 560, which should handle the game well and allow for higher FPS rates.
If you're a fan of action-packed RPGs with cooperative elements, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate is definitely worth playing. The engaging gameplay and charming graphics cater to both new fans and longtime followers of the franchise, making it a solid choice for those looking to enjoy a fun gaming session with friends.
Performance profile
May 2023 release. As a current-generation title, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate pushes modern hardware — expect to need an RTX 40-series or RX 7000-series GPU to enjoy it at native 4K Ultra without leaning on upscaling.
As a strategy title, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate is typically CPU-bound rather than GPU-bound — single-thread CPU performance dictates framerate during large-scale battles, end-game saves and late-game AI turns. A fast modern 6-core will help more than a GPU upgrade.
Entry-level hardware target. A GTX 1650 or RX 6500 XT reaches 60 FPS at 1080p Medium in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate; an RTX 4060 comfortably sustains 1440p Ultra. 4K Ultra 60 FPS needs an RTX 4070 or better.
Storyline

With April and Metalhead analyzing recovered artifacts for clues, the Turtles battle to recover their father from the clutches of the Foot Clan. However, as the gang gets ever closer to Splinter’s otherworldly location, an even greater threat lingers in the shadows…
