About
Angelica's Chaotic Hardcore School, released in 2024, is an Indie Horror game that blends adventure, strategy, and educational elements. Inspired by Baldi's Basics in Education & Learning, players navigate the chaotic halls of a school as a young girl named Emily, solving math problems and uncovering science experiments across five unique floors. Its distinct mix of horror and educational gameplay offers a refreshing take on the genre, making it particularly notable in the Indie scene.
For players looking to optimize their experience, Angelica's Chaotic Hardcore School is quite accessible and runs well on entry-level hardware. The game requires a minimum of 8 GB of RAM and an entry-level GPU that achieves a score around 3162. Expect to achieve respectable frame rates (FPS) on lower graphics settings with GPUs like the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or AMD Radeon RX 560, making it easy for budget-conscious gamers to engage with its unique content without demanding performance limitations.
If you enjoy horror games with a twist, Angelica's Chaotic Hardcore School is worth a try, especially if you're a fan of creative Indie titles or educational genres. With its intriguing premise and playful challenge, this game offers an engaging experience and can score high with both FPS benchmarks and player enjoyment.
Performance profile
September 2024 release. As a current-generation title, Angelica's Chaotic Hardcore School pushes modern hardware — expect to need an RTX 40-series or RX 7000-series GPU to enjoy it at native 4K Ultra without leaning on upscaling.
As a strategy title, Angelica's Chaotic Hardcore School is typically CPU-bound rather than GPU-bound — single-thread CPU performance dictates framerate during large-scale battles, end-game saves and late-game AI turns. A fast modern 6-core will help more than a GPU upgrade.
Entry-level hardware target. A GTX 1650 or RX 6500 XT reaches 60 FPS at 1080p Medium in Angelica's Chaotic Hardcore School; an RTX 4060 comfortably sustains 1440p Ultra. 4K Ultra 60 FPS needs an RTX 4070 or better.
Storyline
You wake up as Emily, a young girl trapped in a strange and crazy school. To escape, you must collect notebooks on every floor, escape from teachers, and face William — a bad teacher who is controlling everyone’s minds. Each floor has different subjects and psychopath teachers. On the last floor, you’ll have to beat William to save yourself, your friend Helpscreen, and the school staff.
