Cayne (2017) is a free-to-play indie horror adventure game set in the dark STASIS universe. You play as Hadley, a pregnant woman who awakens in a mysterious facility with no memory of how she got there, forced to solve puzzles and navigate disturbing situations to escape and protect her unborn child. The game combines point-and-click adventure mechanics with psychological horror elements that create an unsettling atmosphere throughout the experience.
Cayne is highly accessible from a performance standpoint, making it an excellent benchmark title for budget gaming systems.
