Performance profile
January 2026 release. As a current-generation title, Entity: The Black Day pushes modern hardware — expect to need an RTX 40-series or RX 7000-series GPU to enjoy it at native 4K Ultra without leaning on upscaling.
Entity: The Black Day is a narrative-driven experience — a rock-solid 60 FPS is plenty. Prioritise resolution and image quality (AA, anisotropic filtering) over chasing high-refresh framerates.
Mid-range territory. An RTX 3060 or RX 6700 XT delivers 60 FPS at 1080p High in Entity: The Black Day. For 1440p Ultra you'll want an RTX 4060 Ti / RX 7700 XT; 4K Ultra needs an RTX 4070 Ti or faster.
Storyline
The story follows Adam, a former special forces operative assigned a top-secret mission: investigate a supposedly abandoned underground bio-research facility and extract evidence proving the government’s involvement in funding a viral development program—one that spiraled out of control and killed thousands. What begins as a simple data retrieval job quickly turns into a dangerous search for answers. Most of the facility’s personnel are dead—casualties of brutal emergency protocols. Two scientists are missing, and Adam must track them through dark, hazardous corridors and storm-drain tunnels. As Adam follows their trail, unsettling signs and unexplained events make him question the true nature of his mission—and his own connection to the facility.
