About
Indigo 7, released in 2021, is a unique blend of adventure, puzzle, and strategy that offers both single-player and local multiplayer experiences. Players navigate through vibrant, comic-style cinematics while engaging in battles that challenge their ability to manage and control colors on the game board. With varied match rules across different modes, Indigo 7 stands out in the indie gaming scene for its creative gameplay and the way it intertwines story with competitive mechanics.
When it comes to PC performance, Indigo 7 is quite accessible for a wide range of hardware. The game has a minimum GPU requirement of an entry-level graphics card, roughly scoring around 1759, which allows it to run smoothly even on budget systems. A CPU score of about 3522 and at least 4 GB of RAM are needed for optimal performance, ensuring players can enjoy consistent FPS across various graphics settings while immersing themselves in its colorful world.
If you're a fan of puzzle and strategy games with a unique twist, Indigo 7 comes highly recommended. Its engaging gameplay and charming visuals create an enjoyable experience for both casual gamers and dedicated strategy enthusiasts, making it a worthwhile addition to any PC gaming library.
Performance profile
Released in July 2021, Indigo 7 targets RTX 20/30-series and RX 6000-era hardware. A current mid-range GPU (RTX 4060 Ti / RX 7700 XT) is the sweet spot for 1440p Ultra; 4K needs a high-end card.
As a strategy title, Indigo 7 is typically CPU-bound rather than GPU-bound — single-thread CPU performance dictates framerate during large-scale battles, end-game saves and late-game AI turns. A fast modern 6-core will help more than a GPU upgrade.
Extremely light — Indigo 7 runs at 60 FPS 1080p on any integrated GPU (Intel Iris Xe, AMD Radeon Graphics) or a decade-old discrete card like the GTX 1050. A current-gen RTX 4060 pushes 4K Ultra without effort.
Storyline
Indigo 7 tells the story of Nathan and his music band, who go on holiday together after him being dumped by his girlfriend. In a beautiful coastal city where the Sun seems to make everything brighter, the boy finally recovers his will to live after meeting a girl named Debbie and becoming involved in a battle of bands with his friends. But the path to success won’t be so easy, since Nathan starts finding new rivals that come between him and his happy ending. In that situation, there’s only one thing to do: smash them with the power of music!
