This technology however new, they have been succeeding in finding these myths and merging the DNAs with a modern human. resulting in the subjects attaining partial powers and appearance of the original owner of the DNA. Rumors are, they have been harnessing some kind of alien tech that might happen to be from a classified asteroid crash site. A group of unknowns is said to be on the rise to stop this from going any further, but they're yet to reveal themselves.
