About
To enjoy the immersive experience of this sci-fi horror game, an entry-level GPU like the GTX 1650 or RX 6500 XT is sufficient for minimum settings. Players with these GPUs can expect playable frame rates at 1080p, though visuals may need to be toned down to achieve smoother performance. For those looking for a more visually rich experience, a mid-range GPU such as the GTX 1660 Super or RX 6600 will allow for higher settings at 1080p or even 1440p with decent frame rates.
The game is designed to be accessible, making it suitable for a wide range of hardware. If you're equipped with a higher-end GPU, such as the RTX 3060 or RX 6700 XT, you can comfortably push the settings to high at 1440p, enjoying enhanced textures and effects that bring the atmospheric environment to life. Overall, this title caters to both casual gamers and those seeking a more graphically intense experience, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to dive into a chilling narrative without needing top-tier hardware.
Performance profile
April 2026 release. As a current-generation title, Lysa Hora: The Haunted Hill pushes modern hardware — expect to need an RTX 40-series or RX 7000-series GPU to enjoy it at native 4K Ultra without leaning on upscaling.
Lysa Hora: The Haunted Hill is a narrative-driven experience — a rock-solid 60 FPS is plenty. Prioritise resolution and image quality (AA, anisotropic filtering) over chasing high-refresh framerates.
Mid-range territory. An RTX 3060 or RX 6700 XT delivers 60 FPS at 1080p High in Lysa Hora: The Haunted Hill. For 1440p Ultra you'll want an RTX 4060 Ti / RX 7700 XT; 4K Ultra needs an RTX 4070 Ti or faster.
Storyline
The player takes on the role of a student named David, who moves to a big city in search of a new life. He soon begins to be haunted by obsessive nightmares about a mysterious mountain that seems to be calling him. Over time, the dreams become more and more realistic, showing underground tunnels, abandoned buildings, and a strange device that once contained a dangerous force. Trying to understand the origin of his dreams, the hero finds classified documents in the city archive that confirm the existence of Soviet experiments and hidden underground complexes under Lysa Gora. This prompts him to go to the mountain itself to find the source of the nightmares and reveal the secret hidden underground.
