With a minimum GPU requirement of an entry-level graphics card (minimum score of ~800), players can expect decent frame rates even on modest setups. A rough estimate puts the game running smoothly at around 60 FPS on such hardware, making it feasible for most gamers with 4 GB of RAM and basic GPUs to enjoy the action without compromising on performance.

Given its engaging gameplay and positive reception, Makis Adventure comes highly recommended for fans of action and indie games. With its dynamic mechanics and inviting art style, it’s definitely worth diving into if you’re looking for a fun and immersive gaming experience.

Performance profile

January 2023 release. As a current-generation title, Makis Adventure pushes modern hardware — expect to need an RTX 40-series or RX 7000-series GPU to enjoy it at native 4K Ultra without leaning on upscaling.

Makis Adventure is a narrative-driven experience — a rock-solid 60 FPS is plenty. Prioritise resolution and image quality (AA, anisotropic filtering) over chasing high-refresh framerates.

Extremely light — Makis Adventure runs at 60 FPS 1080p on any integrated GPU (Intel Iris Xe, AMD Radeon Graphics) or a decade-old discrete card like the GTX 1050. A current-gen RTX 4060 pushes 4K Ultra without effort.

Storyline

A long time ago, the three sacred sharks ensured peace in the land. They were the strongest creatures and protected the islanders from evil demons. However, when they were about to die, they looked for worthy descendants to pass on their power. Since only other shark-demons were possible descendants, Maki and Temu were chosen. Both received one shark tooth from each of the three sacred sharks, which was believed to be the source of their power. This shark tooth allowed Maki and Temu to transform into their shark-form. After the death of the 3 holy sharks, it remained calm and peaceful for a while. However, when a strong storm caused the gate to the underworld to break open, Octo, the king of evil demons, managed to get to the upper world. He terrorized the islanders and destroyed entire islands to show off his power. Maki and Temu saw themselves as protectors and faced Octo in a great fight. Unfortunetly, they failed to defeat Octo. Octo stole their shark teeth and imprisoned them in his prison(Here the game starts for the player: Maki wakes up in his prison cell) Maki and Temu must escape the prison and recover their shark teeth guarded by Octo's Strongest subservients. Maki must travel all 3 dungeon islands and get his shark tooth back. At the End of the adventure, Maki faces Octo again and there is a final fight
