About

To enjoy a smooth experience with this indie adventure title, an entry-level GPU like the GTX 1650 or RX 6500 XT is recommended. These graphics cards will handle the game's visuals comfortably at 1080p resolution with medium settings, which is suitable for most casual gamers. The game is not particularly demanding, making it accessible even for those with basic hardware.

For players with more robust systems, such as a GTX 1660 or RX 6600, you can expect to push settings to high while maintaining a steady frame rate. This allows for a more visually appealing experience without significant performance sacrifices. Overall, this game is a great option for casual gamers or those looking for a light-hearted adventure, as it runs well on a variety of setups without requiring top-tier hardware.

Performance profile

Oh No! UFO! is a narrative-driven experience — a rock-solid 60 FPS is plenty. Prioritise resolution and image quality (AA, anisotropic filtering) over chasing high-refresh framerates.

Extremely light — Oh No! UFO! runs at 60 FPS 1080p on any integrated GPU (Intel Iris Xe, AMD Radeon Graphics) or a decade-old discrete card like the GTX 1050. A current-gen RTX 4060 pushes 4K Ultra without effort.

Storyline

The Earth has been discovered by aliens! But don’t worry, they’re nice aliens. Actually, it’s been so long since anybody in the Pan Galactic Tourist Federation has had anywhere new to go, they’re actually kind of bored aliens. Play as Cosmo on their first ever field assignment to document the cultures, and take samples of the lifeforms of the Earth so it can be approved as a brand new PGTF tourist destination. Accompanied by their assistant Pea, they’re excited to discover everything there is to be discovered on this wonderful little blue ball.
