Storyline
In the year 2083, the Quiet Collapse has left the world fragmented — scattered villages clinging to survival in the wilderness. Industrial farming is gone, and the Outfitters have become humanity’s lifeline, hunting and gathering to feed the few who remain. You’ve been hired as the new caretaker for Sage Creek Outfitters’ most remote winter lease: nine hundred acres of frozen, dangerous country on Sagewater Island. The last caretaker, Jeb, vanished months ago while searching for his missing brother. All that was found were two dead hunters, their camp torn apart, and a final broken transmission: “The dark… snow hides the truth.” As winter deepens, you must track game, survive brutal storms, and guard the lease against poachers. But in the silence between the trees, something stirs — a presence that comes only with the snow, watching from the dark. Every track you follow could lead to meat, to answers… or to the same fate as Jeb.
