About

TinShift, released in 2021, is an engaging multiplayer PC arena shooter set on Titan, the largest moon of Saturn. Players are thrust into dynamic combat, choosing to align with either robots or humans, while ultimately battling against all participants in a lively free-for-all. This indie title combines action-packed gameplay with a unique sci-fi backdrop, making it a notable entry in the early access genre.

For those looking to play TinShift, the game is relatively accessible in terms of hardware requirements. With a minimum GPU benchmark score of around 4260, even entry-level graphics cards can handle the game's visuals effectively. Coupled with a minimum CPU score of approximately 4228 and 8 GB of RAM, players can expect stable performance and reasonable FPS across a variety of graphics settings. Mid-tier GPUs such as the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 or AMD Radeon RX 570 should provide an excellent gaming experience.

If you enjoy fast-paced action and competitive multiplayer settings, TinShift is worth a try, especially given its blend of indie charm and unique mechanics. Players looking for engaging arena battles and a solid rating should find this title appealing, making it a solid choice for both casual and dedicated gamers.

Performance profile

Released in June 2021, TinShift targets RTX 20/30-series and RX 6000-era hardware. A current mid-range GPU (RTX 4060 Ti / RX 7700 XT) is the sweet spot for 1440p Ultra; 4K needs a high-end card.

MMO-style titles like TinShift pile up draw calls in crowded hubs and raid zones. CPU single-thread performance often caps your framerate in cities even with a flagship GPU; a fast CPU matters more than a faster card.

Entry-level hardware target. A GTX 1650 or RX 6500 XT reaches 60 FPS at 1080p Medium in TinShift; an RTX 4060 comfortably sustains 1440p Ultra. 4K Ultra 60 FPS needs an RTX 4070 or better.

Storyline

All the action takes place at the base located on the largest Saturn’s moon, Titan. At the entrance, you are asked to choose a side for which you will fight - a robot or a man. However, ultimately, for the sake of victory, you will have to fight against...absolutely everyone. The match is limited to 20 players, and you can join at any moment of the mass fight. Each player starts with 1 credit, by killing other players you take all their loot. But if you die, you lose everything hard-earned. Aside from pleasure, your incentive is to collect 100 credits as soon as possible - so fun and sweaty armpits are guaranteed.
